1. Acceptance of Terms

By using UMVA's services, you agree to these Terms. Applies to all users, merchants, agents, and developers.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legal capacity to contract.
• Provide accurate KYC information.
• Compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Account Security

3.1 Registration

Maintain accurate account info. One primary account per entity.

3.2 Security

• Confidentiality of passwords is your responsibility.
• Enable 2FA for security.
• Report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Services

4.1 Wallet

Multi-currency management, transfers, and transaction limits apply.

4.2 Payment Gateway

Accept payments via website/app. Must comply with processing regulations.

4.3 API

Use API keys securely. Respect rate limits. No abuse permitted.

5. Fees

Fees vary by service and are displayed before confirmation. We may modify fees with notice. Refunds are case-by-case.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use UMVA for:

• Illegal acts or money laundering.
• Fraud, spam, or phishing.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized automation.
• Selling/transferring accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and IP is owned by UMVA. No unauthorized copying, modifying, or branding usage.

8. Liability

UMVA is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify UMVA against claims arising from your misuse or violation of terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations or suspicion of fraud. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Disputes

Disputes handled via arbitration under Rwandan law. Class action waiver applies.

12. Changes

Terms may change with notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
