October unfolded as a whirlwind of experiences, beginning with unexpected days in Madagascar’s Nosy Be. Flights cancelled, then rebooked, gifted me precious extra time with friends and a lingering stay in a truly beautiful hotel. It was a welcome pause before a month brimming with travel.
