BOEBERT SHATTERS CLINTON: Deposition EXPLODES!

A moment of high tension erupted during former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s deposition in the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. A photograph of Clinton being questioned, taken while the session was under seal, surfaced online, triggering an immediate and forceful reaction.

Upon learning of the leaked image, reportedly taken by Representative Lauren Boebert and shared by a right-wing influencer, Clinton expressed her outrage. “I’m done with this,” she stated firmly, her voice carrying through the room. “If you guys are doing that, I am done.”

Clinton didn’t hesitate to voice her frustration with the proceedings, declaring she was willing to face any consequences for her actions. “You can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home. This is just typical behaviour,” she added, clearly exasperated by the breach of protocol.

This video grab taken from footage made available by the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform shows former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton looking on during a deposition on February 26, 2026.

While Boebert asserted the photo was taken before the deposition officially began, Clinton remained unconvinced. Another voice in the room suggested the deposition would move off the record, but Clinton dismissed the offer with a sharp, “Oh for heaven’s sake.”

She emphatically stated, “It doesn’t matter. We all are abiding by the same rules.” With a final, resolute “I’m done,” Clinton briefly stood up, and the feed cut to black before resuming shortly after.

Clinton’s legal counsel swiftly condemned the leak as a “violation of its own rules,” labeling it unprofessional and unfair. They emphasized the Clinton’s team had advocated for a public hearing, expecting reciprocal good faith from all committee members.

Committee Chairman James Comer acknowledged the breach, stating he had reminded members that no photos or videos were to be released. He also noted the photo appeared to have been taken before the deposition commenced and assured it wouldn’t happen again.

Comer also pointed to a prior incident, expressing disappointment that Clinton’s opening statement had been shared with the press before delivery. Clinton’s lawyer countered, clarifying the statement hadn’t been leaked, but rather provided to the media, consistent with the treatment of other witnesses.

Nearly five hours of footage from the depositions of both Hillary and Bill Clinton were subsequently released by the House Oversight Republicans. The videos offered a comprehensive look into the questioning process.

During her hours-long testimony, Hillary Clinton maintained she had no recollection of ever meeting Jeffrey Epstein, and described Ghislaine Maxwell as merely an acquaintance. Her husband, Bill Clinton, faced similar questioning the following day.

Bill Clinton, also questioned behind closed doors, unequivocally denied any wrongdoing in his relationship with Epstein and stated he had observed no indications of Epstein’s abusive behavior. He maintained his innocence throughout the deposition.
